A fruity chutney which pulls together seasonal products to make a perfect pairing for crumbly cheeses. A combination of apples and onions cooked with damsons and rich sticky dates. Inspired by flavours that are understated and sometimes forgotten the Apple, Date and Damson Chutney is one you should try before you make your judgement. A popular chutney to pair with cheese it also makes a great accompaniment with pork, the fruity chutney balances flavours well and makes an interesting change to apple sauce.
